Catherine is currently the manager of the Social Behavioral Team (SBT) Department at AMPATHPlus Program. She draws on a variety of qualitative methods to conduct HIV implementation research with foci on barriers and facilitators to HIV testing, Linkage, Adherence and Retention in care. Her work has contributed to evidence-based interventions to promote positive health-seeking behaviors among people living with HIV. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Communication & Journalism from Moi University and is also a part-time lecturer at the same institution. Her research interests focus on innovative approaches to promote adherence and retention among adolescents living with HIV.
