Gbadebo graduated in 2000 with BDS from University of Ibadan. She undertook a one-year internship programme at the University College Hospital Ibadan after being selected as one of the 10 best graduating students. She proceeded with her residency programme in Restorative Dentistry in 2006 and completed in November 2011 by being awarded a Fellowship of West African College of Surgeons. Within this period, she also had her master’s programme in Dentistry in the University of Ibadan between September 2006 and August 2007. Subsequently, after her residency programme, she was appointed as Lecturer in the Faculty of Dentistry, College of Medicine in the University of Ibadan in April 2012 and appointed as an Honorary Consultant in the University College Hospital in August 2013. With her interest in Orofacial pain education and management, she became a financial member of the International Association for Study of Pain in 2014 till date and she is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Restorative Dentistry among other associations. As a researcher as well as a clinician, she has several publications which cut across knowledge of people about dentistry, endodontics as well as orofacial pain. she is interested in further research activities on pain genetics and orofacial pain education and management.
