Yetunde is a Nuclear physician, who graduated as a medical doctor in 2002 from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. Thereafter she worked as a Research Medical Officer with a Malaria Research Group at the Institute of Advanced Medical Research and Training, University of Ibadan. Subsequently, she got an M.Sc. fellowship at Stellenbosch University, South Africa; which she completed in 2009.She underwent residency training at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital and the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, which also led to the completion of an M.Med. in the same discipline. At present, she works as a lecturer in Nuclear Medicine at the College of Medicine of the university of Ibadan, as well as Honorary Consultant to the University College Hospital, both in Ibadan, Nigeria. She supervises and participates in department research and training of undergraduate and postgraduate students in the medical and non-medical fields. She also offers clinical service to patients – reporting nuclear scans and offering nuclear radiation therapy.
