Area of Research: The interface of environmental management in the hospitality industry in Rwanda: A practical approach to sustainable health.
A lecturer in the Department of Governance and Public Administration, School of Governance, College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) – University of Rwanda (UR) since January 2019. Holding a PhD in Human Resource Development and a Masters of Business Administration, his wide area of academic expertise relates to Organizational Strategy and Change Management, Human Resource Management and Development, Organizational Behaviour and Communication, contemporary issues in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management Legal Systems and Industrial Relations, Policy and Development Analysis, basic financial markets and institutions, and Research Methodology. His areas of research interest are related to Health Systems especially Human Resources for Health, health economics and health financing.
