A Health Systems Specialist currently a Tenure Track Fellow at the University of Liverpool in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences in the UK. Linda is also a Lecturer at the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences in Malawi. Her research interests are in the delivery of health services including quality management and implementation science. Her areas of interest are HIV and AIDS across different populations and Maternal and Newborn Health. She is a member of the Quality Management Technical Working Group in Malawi. Her current research focuses on improving the quality of maternal and neonatal health in Malawi which is funded by NIHR. Currently, she is a deputy theme lead of the Maternal and Fetal Health Research Group at the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme. This group has multiple studies focusing on maternal and neonatal health, students at varying levels, and a vibrant patient and public involvement group. She has published more than 56 peer-reviewed articles.
