Biography
Fanuel is a physiotherapist, currently working as a Physiotherapy Lecturer in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences.He also contributes to the teaching of Health Management and Clinical Exercise for Pulmonary Disease module for Master of Science students in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy at the University College London, United Kingdom, as a part-time lecturer.
He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and MSc degree in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy from the University College London in the United Kingdom.
His research interest is in investigating the rehabilitation needs of people with multimorbidity in Malawi. One of his studies tested the feasibility and acceptability of a pulmonary rehabilitation program for patients with functionally limiting chronic respiratory symptoms at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre, Malawi.
