Biography
A trained Population Scientist with more than seven years of teaching experience and research currently a Lecturer at the Department of Population Studies, Makerere University Fred holds a PhD, MSc and BSc in all in Population Studies from Makerere University. His PhD research focused on “Determinants of quality of life of older persons in rural Uganda.” His research interest is in the area of quality of life of older persons as well as gender and decision making in healthcare issues.
