Biography

Robert started working at the University of Rwanda since 2011. And I continued my Master's studies in Nairobi JKUAT in Clinical chemistry in 2013. After Masters studies, I resumed my work as Assistant Lecturer where I contributed in Clinical chemistry field through teaching, research and other professional activities with the aim of contributing positively to the growth of Medical Laboratory Sciences and in particular to Clinical Chemistry field. I started getting more of interest in Non-Communicable diseases in 2015. I am pursuing my PhD studies with the support from CARTA PhD fellowship. My research focuses on the effects of HIV and antiretroviral therapy on the biomarkers of cardiovascular diseases.
