About
Adeleye obtained his MB;BS degree (2005) from the College of Health Sciences, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria and an MPH degree (2015) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is a fellow of both West African College of Physicians; Community Health (2013) and Nigeria postgraduate medical college of Nigeria; Public Health (2013). He previously worked at LAUTECH Teaching Hospital from 2013 to 2016, as a Public Health Consultant. In November, 2016, he began working at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria as a Lecturer/Researcher in the Department of Community Health and the coordinator of the Public Health Nutrition Unit. He is also an honorary consultant to the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, where he is the consultant in charge of the Nutrition Clinic. He has over 10 articles published in peer-reviewed journals. He has been involved as consultant and/or facilitator for various public health related projects by reputable non-governmental organizations and also the Federal ministry of Health in his country (Nigeria). He is a member of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria (APHPN), Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), West African College of Physicians (WACP) and National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN). He loves playing and watching football, listening to music, meeting new people and teaching.
