Biography

In his current role as Data Analyst at the University of the Witwatersrand School of Public Health’s Agincourt Research Center, Cyril applies machine learning and statistical methods to tackle pressing public health issues.  

He holds a BSc in Actuarial Science, a BSc Honors in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Statistics, and an MSc in Mathematical Statistics. His research interests encompass the development of a population-based cancer registry and the exploration of machine learning applications in analysing multimorbidity trends and dynamics in rural South Africa.
