Biography
Kingsley is a Research Assistant at the MRC/Wits Rural Public Health and Health Transitions Research Unit (Agincourt), where he contributes to interdisciplinary research on health and development challenges in rural South Africa. He performs advanced quantitative analyses of longitudinal datasets and supports publications and reports. He is part of a multidisciplinary team linking the Agincourt HDSS with the South African National Cancer Registry to investigate cancer incidence, risk factors, and multimorbidity patterns.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Cultural Studies from the University of Malawi and a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of the Witwatersrand. His doctoral research focuses on cancer epidemiology and primary healthcare strengthening in rural South Africa, examining mortality trends, diagnostic delays, and implementation of detection guidelines.
