Biography
Olumuyiwa is a Lecturer at the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Ibadan, where he teaches pediatric cardiology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is actively involved in curriculum development and mentorship. In addition, he serves as a Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, providing specialized cardiac care for patients from neonatal period through adolescence.
Olumuyiwa holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
His clinical and research interests focus on improving pediatric cardiac care, promoting cardiovascular health in children, and integrating evidence-based practices in pediatric cardiology.
